We ship from our warehouse based in Tasman, New Zealand.
We aim to get any order received before 2pm NZDT on a standard working day out on the post the same day as it is ordered.
Orders received after this time will not be processed until the next working day.

When shipping within New Zealand we work with NZ Post and Courierpost, and offer the following delivery time guidelines as a reasonable indicator of an orders arrival time after dispatch.

New Zealand postal services run Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Any delays to post processes due to weekends or public holidays must be taken into account by the purchaser.

While we will always do our best to get each order out as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible if sufficient delivery time has not been given by the purchaser.
If you are unsure whether your purchase will reach your recipient by the desired date please contact us first for a delivery estimate.

We are not currently offering INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING due to service delays.

The Red Dog Gift Shop cannot be held responsible for order delays due to peak shipping periods, or national events & emergencies.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made an error.
If the parcel has not left our depot we will relabel it with the correct address before sending it out on the courier. If the parcel has already left our premises we will try to redirect your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, so to avoid any disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

If a parcel is returned to us (from an incorrectly given address), we will contact the purchaser to let them know. 
The purchaser may then choose to either:
1- Pay an additional shipping fee and re-send to the correct address, OR
2- Be refunded for any re-saleable items. Shipping costs and personalised items cannot be refunded.

If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, we’re happy to help.

Please email us at gifts@thereddog.co.nz and quote your order number to start the process.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email us before returning your item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email us at gifts@thereddog.co.nz explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will provide you with a shipping label, the parcel can be dropped off at your local post office, or we can arrange for courier collection.
Once received we will have a replacement sent out at no charge. If we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you the option to exchange or refund.
